The desk and stool suddenly shook violently, and I realized with a jolt that an earthquake had struck. The desk and stool continued to shake violently as I cried out, “The earthquake!” My shout alerted everyone, and the teacher quickly opened the classroom door, leading the frantic crowd to safety. I was left behind, contemplating what to do when the teacher urgently shouted, “Run away!” I replied, “You go first!” Without hesitation, the teacher dashed out. In that moment, I felt dizzy and blacked out, only to find myself transformed into a tiny ant. I spotted another student hiding under the desk, who saw me and exclaimed, “Little ant, run away! I don’t want to see you die!” I desperately shouted, “It’s me!” The moment I said it, I returned to human form. I calmed down and said to him, “Let’s wait here for the rescue team.” “Oh!” he replied. The waiting felt endless, but finally, the distant shouts of a rescue team reached our ears. I mustered the courage to stretch out my hand and called for help. The rescuers managed to save the other student, but I was left behind. A sudden collapse of debris struck me on the head, leaving me unconscious. When I awoke, I was in the hospital. The doctor examined me and said, “It’s nothing serious. A few days of rest at home should do the trick.”My mind slowly cleared, and I decided to visit the school. To my horror, the campus was in ruins. Spiders were weaving their webs, and a few insects were playfully crawling across them. I couldn’t fathom where my classmates and teachers had gone. Overwhelmed with emotion, I knelt on the ground and cried. Suddenly, I heard someone calling my name. Turning around, I was relieved to see my classmates and teachers standing there. I wiped away my tears and joyfully shouted, “You’re still alive!”Finally, the school was rebuilt, and we happily returned to our classroom, resuming our studies. I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of happiness and relief.
