Let’s proceed this way. Please follow closely behind us. Jiuzhaigou boasts a depth of over 40 kilometers and spans more than 60,000 hectares. Three main valleys form a Y-shaped distribution, stretching over 60 kilometers in total. According to legend, the goddess in charge of plants and all things had nine intelligent, brave, and kind daughters. They soared above ten snow-capped peaks and discovered that a snake demon was poisoning the water, causing the death of humans and animals. The daughters bravely defeated the snake demon and married nine Tibetan men to rebuild their homeland. Further ahead, the Five Flower Sea presents a stunning contrast—its waters are emerald green on one side and lake green on the other. The Spark Sea presents a magical spectacle—when the wind blows across the water, it creates “sparkles” that glitter brilliantly, though this phenomenon is most commonly seen at sunrise. Ahead is the Shuzheng Waterfall, the first waterfall group in Jiuzhaigou. Over 40 Haizi stretch for 7 kilometers, forming multi-layered steps. The water from the upper Haizi overflows from the edge, creating waterfalls that cascade into the next level, resulting in a stunning layered waterfall landscape. The smallest drop is just one or two meters, while the largest can reach up to 30 meters. Norilang Waterfall plunges in multiple tiers, with a 140-meter wide water curtain flying down from between two mountains, crashing into a hundred-foot cliff to form a rare forest waterfall. Rhino Sea is the largest Haizi in the Shuzheng Valley and the one with the most dynamic scenery in Jiuzhaigou. Its reflections appear almost magical, seamlessly blending with the sky, earth, and trees.
