昨晚，我和爸爸、妈妈兴致勃勃地带着瓶子、镊子和手电筒，前往涧河边的杨树林，开启了一场捉知了的奇妙冒险。Last night, my father, mother, and I embarked on an exciting adventure to catch cicadas under the poplar trees by the Jian River, equipped with bottles, tweezers, and flashlights.一抵达河边，我们便瞪大了眼睛，仔细搜寻着每一棵树的枝叶，生怕错过任何一个可能的藏身之处。这时，妈妈惊喜地发现了一只又肥又大、全身沾满泥土的知了，它正悠闲地趴在树干上。我心中暗喜：妈妈已经收获满满，我绝不能落后！于是，我更加专注地观察着树干和树根的每一个角落，果然，在一片不起眼的树皮缝隙中，我发现了一只正在努力向上爬的知了。正当我准备用镊子将它轻轻夹进瓶子时，突然低头一看，只见不远处有一只笨拙的知了没有抓紧树干，从树上骨碌碌滚落下来，六只脚朝天地躺在草丛里挣扎。我顿时喜出望外，赶紧将这两只知了一起装进了瓶子里。经过我们全家人的齐心协力，我们最终收获了满满30只知了。When we arrived at the riverbank, we widened our eyes and meticulously scanned every tree, fearing to miss any potential hiding spot. At that moment, my mother excitedly spotted a fat and large cicada covered in mud, leisurely resting on the tree trunk. I thought to myself: my mother has already made a great catch, and I can’t lag behind! So I focused even more intently on examining the tree trunks and roots, and sure enough, I discovered a cicada struggling to climb up in a seemingly insignificant crack in the bark. Just as I was about to gently pick it up with tweezers and place it in the bottle, I suddenly looked down and saw a clumsy cicada rolling down from the tree, lying in the grass with its six legs flailing in the air. I was overjoyed and quickly put both cicadas into the bottle together. Through our collective efforts, we managed to catch a total of 30 cicadas.夜幕渐渐降临，我们满载着收获的喜悦踏上了归途。今天真是意义非凡的一天，既有成功的喜悦，也有小小的失望，更有对未来的期待和突如其来的惊喜。爸爸在回家的路上告诉我，知了其实是农业害虫，我们今天的捕捉行动实际上是在帮助农田减少害虫呢！It was getting darker by the time we headed back home, filled with the joy of our successful catch. Today was truly a meaningful day, filled with moments of joy, minor disappointments, anticipation for the future, and unexpected surprises. On the way home, Dad explained to me that cicadas are actually agricultural pests, so our capture was actually helping to reduce the number of pests in the fields!
